Family Program: Singing in Harmony for Beginners: The Judds Style

Friday, August 10, 2018 - 10:30am

From the high lonesome sound of Bill Monroe’s Blue Grass Boys, to the classic duets of Conway Twitty and Loretta Lynn, to the unmistakable blend of Naomi and Wynonna Judd, vocal harmony plays an integral part in country music. Soehnlen tours extensively through Appalachia and teaches at University School of Nashville and W.O. Smith Music School. Ages 7 and up. Presented in support of the exhibit The Judds: Dream Chasers. Taylor Swift Education Center. Included with museum admission. Free to museum members. Limited seating.
